How does the AI know about my products?
When you install Luminaire, it automatically syncs your entire Ecwid product catalog. Product names, descriptions, prices, images, and availability are all indexed so the AI can search and recommend from your real inventory.
Do I need to write any code?
No. Luminaire installs as a native Ecwid app and the chat widget is automatically added to your storefront. There's nothing to configure or code.
What counts as a "conversation"?
A conversation is one chat session between a customer and the AI concierge. A single conversation can include multiple messages back and forth. If a customer leaves and returns later, that starts a new conversation.
What happens if I hit my conversation limit?
Existing conversations continue normally. New conversations will see a friendly message letting customers know the assistant is temporarily unavailable. Your limit resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Which languages are supported?
Every plan supports English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese. The AI will respond to customers in whichever language you choose for your store.
